Get ready to throw your arms in the air, sing and dance the night away as the Marvellous Festival returns for the weekend of Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 July 2021 at Dinton Pastures Country Park. Held within the stunning, picturesque grounds of Dinton Pastures Country Park, Marvellous is a tribute act festival where music fans and festival-goers are invited to spend the weekend having fun in a safe, outdoor space.
Last year would have been Marvellous’ eighteenth year of running the annual, popular music festival but due to Covid-19 restrictions, the festival was cancelled. With the Government announcing the four week delay in lifting of all restrictions, Marvellous can still go ahead under ‘stage 3’ guidelines, allowing outdoor events with a 50% capacity to take place. All tickets purchased for in 2020 are still valid, and there is limited ticket availability for this month’s event.
Cllr Parry Batth, executive member for environment and leisure said, “I am delighted that the Marvellous Festival is taking place this year, and we have a fantastic line up of tribute acts from disco to indie, and from rock to pop. This year’s festival promises something for everyone. At Wokingham Borough Council, we strive to engage and empower our communities through arts and culture and create a sense of identity for the Borough which people feel part of. I encourage residents to book tickets early to avoid disappointment.”
Saturday 17 July line up
On Saturday 17 July, acts including Uncle Funk’s Disco Inferno, T Rextasy, Fillers, Limehouse Lizzy, The ELO Show – a tribute to Jeff Lune and Fleetwood Bac.
Sunday 18 July line up

Covid-safety procedures will be put in place for the annual event, with festival attendees encouraged to take a rapid test before arrival.
Ticket sales have been capped at 3,750 per day and the outdoor space is sufficient to provide ample space to maintain social distancing. Ground markings will outline walkways and viewing spaces.
