Fantastic Mr Fox
Free session with Explore Learning on Roald Dahl's Fantastic Mr Fox at Lower Earley Library on Monday 8 August from 10.45 to 11.45am. For children aged eight to nine, places must be booked.
Sand Art
Just drop-in and create a sand art picture. For children aged four to 11 at Lower Earley Library on Monday August 15 from 10.30am to 12.30pm, £3 per picture.
Mini Animal Models
Come and create some plasticine animals in this fun modelling session, for children aged eight and over, at Wargrave Library on Monday August 15 from 2.30 to 3.30pm. £2 charge, places must be booked.
Dahl Get Arty
Come and make some fun arts and crafts inspired by Roald Dahl's characters. Create a Mr Fox mask or a Mr Twit beard and other fun activities. Drop in to Twyford Library on Monday 15 August from 2.30 to 3.30pm and at Spencers Wood Library on Thursday 18 August from 10.30 to 11.30am. For children aged 12 and under, £1.50 charge.

Come and meet some birds of prey at Spencers Wood Library on Tuesday 16 August from 11am to noon and at Maiden Erlegh Library from 3.15 to 4.15pm. For families with children aged five and over. £3.50 charge, places must be booked.

Meet the creatures with the Rangers from Dinton Pastures at Woodley Library on Thursday 18 August from 9.15 to 10am and at Lower Earley Library from 10.45 to 11.30am. For children under 12, £1 charge, just drop-in.

The Twits storytelling presentation
Mr and Mrs Twit are ready to welcome you to the magical world of Roald Dahl as storyteller John Kirk retells The Twits. This presentation is suitable for children and families aged six and above (this story contains Twits being vile to each other), with a fun craft activity after the performance. It is presented with the permission of Casarotto Ramsay and the Roald Dahl estate. £3 charge, places must be booked.
