Residents will be able to see the latest updates on the planned Matthewsgreen development – which will be bringing new homes, facilities and infrastructure investment to the town – at a community forum meeting this month (21 March).
Developers have outline planning consent for up to 760 homes on the site as well as a primary school and community, open green space and play areas at Matthewsgreen.
The community forum on Monday 21 March will be an opportunity for all local residents to find out more about the development. The evening will be in two parts; from 6pm to 7.30pm representatives from the developer consortium will be holding a drop-in exhibition with displays on their plans to provide an opportunity for residents to see what is proposed and discuss with developers.
From 7.30pm to 9pm there will be presentations from representatives from Wokingham Borough Council and the developer consortium followed by a question and answer session.
