You can now report problems, such as potholes and damaged street lights, online in five easy steps.

‘Report It Services’ is a simple way to report issues without even picking up the telephone.  When residents visit the council website to report a problem, they are invited to either register their details, so the council can provide them with an update on their query, or they are given the option to report a problem anonymously. Either option provides a quick and easy way to report a multitude of issues.

Cllr Keith Baker, executive member for highways and transport said, “This online reporting system is a great tool for our residents to report any problems that they may encounter within the Borough.

“We maintain 967 miles of roads and footpaths and continue to work with our residents to keep our roads maintain to a high standard to help keep Wokingham Borough moving.”

The council recently announced they were significantly transforming their highways and transport service contracts, as they continue to revolutionise the way they provide key services.

Cllr Baker added, “Wokingham Borough Council is at the forefront of providing revolutionary highways and transport services and this new partnership will enhance our ability to seek innovative solutions to problems that we know residents have concerns about.”
