The 1st Winnersh Scouts will be serving up a treat at a barbecue running throughout the weekend to raise funds for their scouting activities. There will also be host of displays and interactive stalls raising the awareness of some of the local services and sports clubs across the Wokingham Borough.
Cllr Norman Jorgensen, executive member for environment, sports, environmental health, leisure and libraries, said: “This is a fabulous event that will allow you to try the variety of activities on offer in the borough’s flagship country park. What better way to enjoy a family weekend in June, than by the lakeside at Dinton.”
This event is always popular and so it is best to arrive early and book to avoid disappointment.
