Chance to Dance Stars CIC is decking the halls with boughs of holly as they, together with Wokingham Borough Mayor Cllr Keith Baker MBE, invite residents to a fundraising Christmas Fair.

Hosted by Chance to Dance Stars, the indoor fair will have tables serving nibbles including mince pies and cakes, a selection of Christmas gifts including jewellery, candles, and soaps, plus a tombola where residents can chance their luck to win some fantastic prizes including toys, homeware, beauty products and much more.

The event is free to attend and will take place on Sunday 28 November from 12pm to 4pm at Carnation Hall in Bracknell.

All money raised from the event will go to Chance to Dance Stars, a dance school for students with disabilities and their families in the local community.

Wokingham Borough Mayor Cllr Keith Baker said: “I am delighted to invite residents to the Christmas Fair next month. It’s the perfect opportunity to start your Christmas shopping early, whilst participating in the many fun activities Chance to Dance Stars have arranged, including Santa’s Grotto. Free tickets are available now from the Eventbrite website and I am looking forward to meeting as many Wokingham borough residents at the fair – the more, the merrier!”

Residents can shop for Christmas presents by visiting the local sellers exhibiting at the Christmas Fair, including Park Lane Jewellery, Tropic, Candie Candles, Sweet Sweet Treatz, Usborne Books, Jelly & Ko, Cornflakes Creation, Forever Living, Gina’s Glitz Gifts Sparkle, Elemental Soaps, Handmade with Love by Lorna and Flamingo Paperie.

Book free tickets

Although the Christmas Fair is free to attend, tickets must be booked in advance via Chance to Dance Stars’ Eventbrite booking website to ensure Government Covid-19 guidelines are adhered to.

In addition to the Christmas Fair, children can visit Santa’s Grotto at 12.20pm and 1.10pm for a memorable experience, where they will be read stories, can listen to music, whilst experiencing the magic of Christmas.
