A Year 9 student from The Emmbrook School has won a community competition to design a logo for The Hornbeam Multi Agency Group.
The group provides help and support to families living in the Hornbeam and Lower Earley area.
In her winning submission, student Angel Court designed a tree in the logo because it represents people making contact and helping each other in their community.
For her creativity she won a £20 shopping voucher, which was presented to her at her school.
The Hornbeam Multi Agency Group is a mixture of local organisations that come together to share information and discuss activities such as local churches, shops, Wokingham Borough Council, police and voluntary groups.
The group organises an annual fun day and creates a leaflet delivered to local doorsteps.
