The Big Scoop event at Dinton Pastures helped dog owners of all levels of canine experience find out about responsible ownership.
On the day, the Royal Barks Agility group encouraged dog owners to let their pets take part in a dog rail jumping challenge in the main arena, and join in with the fun activities.
Owners could also sign up for an event called Tri ball where dogs manoeuvre and push a large ball into a goal, which teaches them discipline.
Would-be owners had the chance to speak to a community warden on tips like choosing the right pet, learn about control, and how to keep dogs healthy.
Community wardens also provided a supply of dog poo bags and useful information from Dogs Trust.
There were also a variety of doggie-themed stalls such as canine first aid, obedience and training, treats and toys, dog training, dog holiday accommodation, and microchipping.
The day was organised by Wokingham Borough Council.
