We are building a £12million development called Phoenix Avenue in the heart of the Norreys Estate in Wokingham, creating a new community of 68 homes.
They will range from one bedroom apartments to four bed houses, each with their own communal or private garden, set within carefully designed landscaping. Families are due to start moving in from early spring 2017.
Local people were able to influence the plans and choose the name of the new community.
Our company Wokingham Housing Ltd (WHL) is managing the project on our behalf, in partnership with developer Hill.
